Wash, peel and grate carrots, with one cup of water pressure cook these grated carrots for one whistle. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed wok, add boiled carrots with all its water in the milk and let it simmer till it gets thicken, with stirring in between. Add cream, mix well and stir constantly, after 5-6 minutes, add sugar, mix well and cook with constant stirring till it gets thick, add ghee and mix well.
