Serves 4

  • Maida (All Purpose Flour) 3 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Filling:Potatoes (boiled n mashed) 5 nos

  • green chillies n smol pc of ginger (pounded) 3 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • garlic cloves (crushed) 5-6 nos

  • corriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 cups

  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

    bind wid warm water to soft roti dough, beat til its soft.... cover n kip aside

    Filling: in a bowl put potato mashie add lemon juice, salt, chilli powder, garam masala n turneric powder kip aside.

    tek a pan put 1 tbsp oil kip on flame add ginger chilli paste garlic sesame seeds n mustard seeds let splutter den pour on potato mashie n mix well n mek 8-9 balls.

    Method: Mek 8-9 balls of dough, roll each into puri fill in de potato ball n cover like dall kachori, kip aside til ol done.

    Kip de tava on de flame, wen its hot kip on med flame.

    roll each kachori into parathha n roast on tava, wen one side done turn over de oder side put 1 tsp ghee n roast well, turn de oder side put ghee n roast de oder side well

    NB: to get flaky aaloo parathha instead of meking puris mek rotis n fold like flaky paratha den roll into puri n do filling n mek kachori n den roll into parathha
