  • 2 cups chini


  • 1 cups ghee


  • 1 tsp choti illyachi powder


  • 10 nos badam (barik kate)


  • 10 nos pista (barik kate)

Directions

  • Udad dal ko grinded me pis kar powder bana le.
  • Chini ko bhi pis kar powder bana le.
  • Moti tali ki kadahi me ghee garm kare.
  • Ghee garm hone per aanch dhimi kar ke udad dal ke powder ko dale aur mix kare.
  • Dhimi aanch per dal ko halka gulabi hone tak bhun le aur gas band kar de.
  • Bhuni hui dal ko badi bowl me nikal le aur 24 ghante ke liye dhak ke rakh de.
  • Hand blender ya haath se dal ke mixture ke crimi hone tak fete.
  • Ek katori pani me feti hui dal ko thoda sa dalkar check kare agar dal upar aa jaye to fetana band kar de.
  • Chini, illyachi powder, pista aur badam milaye
  • Mixture ke medium size ke thode chapte gole bana le aur upar se badam pista se garnish karke serve kare.
