Roast the ground nuts in a kadai in low flame for 5 minutes and keep them aside.
In the same kadai roast the poha/ flattened rice in low flame till it becomes cripsy and keep it also aside.
After cooling down remove the husk of the groundnuts.
Heat the same kadai and put the jaggery in it along with the water.
The jaggery now starts melting. Check it's consistency by mixing a drop with water . When it is little bit hard then add the poha and groundnuts and mix it well.
Switch off the flame and make small laddoos of the mixture .
Make the laddoos while the mixture is hot otherwise you don't make the laddoos properly.
Now the laddoos are ready to serve or put them in an airtight container for longer use.
