Ingredients

Serves 4

  • boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cups

  • bread crumbs 1/2 cups

  • panner 1/2 cups

  • Salt and pepper 1 tsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • For stiffing:boiled peas 1/2 cups

  • Ginger chilli paste 2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • paneer masala 1 tsp

  • Chopped cashewnuts and raising 1/2 cups

  • Greated coconut 2 tbsp

  • Suger lime juice 2 tbsp

  • For sauce:Butter 1 tbsp

  • chopped garlic 2 tbsp

  • Oregano chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Salt pepper 1 tsp

  • Cream and greated cheese. 2 tbsp

Directions

    Add salt pepper and bread crumbs to mashed potatoes and panner

  • 02

    For stuffing: Crush green peas in a mixer heat oil in pan add ginger chilli paste and then crush peas

    Saute for 2 min.add all the INGREDIENTS and mix well. Make small balls of potatoes mixture

    And fill with peas stuffing make balls ,flatten then dip fry in hot oil.

    For sauce: Heat Butter ina pan add garlic and stir.

    add chopped tometo and water .Cook and then churn it in a mixer and strain .

    Add other INGREDIENTS and cook for 2 min.

    Pour little sauce on hot parties and serve with garlic toast or butter toast.
