Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups boiled and mashed potatoes


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 1/2 cups panner


  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups for stiffing:boiled peas


  • 2 tsp ginger chilli paste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1/2 cups chopped cashewnuts and raising


  • 2 tbsp greated coconut


  • 2 tbsp suger lime juice


  • 1 tbsp for sauce:butter


  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1/2 tsp oregano chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp salt pepper


  • 2 tbsp cream and greated cheese.

Directions

  • Add salt pepper and bread crumbs to mashed potatoes and panner
  • For stuffing: Crush green peas in a mixer heat oil in pan add ginger chilli paste and then crush peas
  • Saute for 2 min.add all the INGREDIENTS and mix well. Make small balls of potatoes mixture
  • And fill with peas stuffing make balls ,flatten then dip fry in hot oil.
  • For sauce: Heat Butter ina pan add garlic and stir.
  • add chopped tometo and water .Cook and then churn it in a mixer and strain .
  • Add other INGREDIENTS and cook for 2 min.
  • Pour little sauce on hot parties and serve with garlic toast or butter toast.
