Ingredients

1 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cups panner
1 tsp salt and pepper
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cups for stiffing:boiled peas
2 tsp ginger chilli paste
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp paneer masala
1/2 cups chopped cashewnuts and raising
2 tbsp greated coconut
2 tbsp suger lime juice
1 tbsp for sauce:butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp oregano chilli flakes
1 tsp salt pepper
2 tbsp cream and greated cheese.
Directions
Add salt pepper and bread crumbs to mashed potatoes and panner
For stuffing: Crush green peas in a mixer heat oil in pan add ginger chilli paste and then crush peas
Saute for 2 min.add all the INGREDIENTS and mix well. Make small balls of potatoes mixture
And fill with peas stuffing make balls ,flatten then dip fry in hot oil.
For sauce: Heat Butter ina pan add garlic and stir.
add chopped tometo and water .Cook and then churn it in a mixer and strain .
Add other INGREDIENTS and cook for 2 min.
Pour little sauce on hot parties and serve with garlic toast or butter toast.
