Add salt pepper and bread crumbs to mashed potatoes and panner
For stuffing: Crush green peas in a mixer heat oil in pan add ginger chilli paste and then crush peas
Saute for 2 min.add all the INGREDIENTS and mix well. Make small balls of potatoes mixture
And fill with peas stuffing make balls ,flatten then dip fry in hot oil.
For sauce: Heat Butter ina pan add garlic and stir.
add chopped tometo and water .Cook and then churn it in a mixer and strain .
Add other INGREDIENTS and cook for 2 min.
Pour little sauce on hot parties and serve with garlic toast or butter toast.
