1/2 kgs lady fingers (cut small pcs)
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp sabzi masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 nos onion (chopped)
2-3 nos green chillies
Directions
braise onion in 2-3 tbsp oil till pinkish brown color add bhindi n the rest, sprinkle little water, keep on med flame n toss once.
Do not overcook
Serve with sookhi rotis
