Ingredients
Serves 4
loaf of Sandwich Bread 1 nos
Chicken Salad Filling:Capsicum (chopped) 1 nos
Carrot (grated) 1 nos
Cabbage (chopped) 2 cups
Cucumber (chopped) 1 nos
Onion (chopped) 1 nos
Chicken (boneless, chopped) 1/2 kgs
Mayonaise 2 tbsp
Hot Sauce 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
Salt n Pepper 1 tsp
Mustard Sauce 1 tsp
Feta Cheese (chopped) 1/2 cups
Directions
1 loaf of Sandwich Bread
roll each slice into thin square rotis, keep aside grease metal cones and wrap the rolled slices on it
keep the open part on a greased tray so it does not open
when all done, brush with butter and bake in oven on 220°C till crisped up
Remove the cones once cooled down and do any filling you like
Chicken Salad Filling: stir fry chicken cubes in 2 tbsp butter add little vinegar, salt, black pepper, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste
Let it cool dwn
In a big bowl add all veggies, make sure there’s no water
Add chicken and all condiments, add mayonaise little by little till nicely blended add cheese
Fill in the toasted bread cones n serve
