Ingredients

  • loaf of Sandwich Bread 1 nos

  • Chicken Salad Filling:Capsicum (chopped) 1 nos

  • Carrot (grated) 1 nos

  • Cabbage (chopped) 2 cups

  • Cucumber (chopped) 1 nos

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Chicken (boneless, chopped) 1/2 kgs

  • Mayonaise 2 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

  • tandoori masala 1/2 tsp

  • Salt n Pepper 1 tsp

  • Mustard Sauce 1 tsp

  • Feta Cheese (chopped) 1/2 cups

Directions

    1 loaf of Sandwich Bread

    roll each slice into thin square rotis, keep aside grease metal cones and wrap the rolled slices on it

  • 03

    keep the open part on a greased tray so it does not open

  • 04

    when all done, brush with butter and bake in oven on 220°C till crisped up

  • 05

    Remove the cones once cooled down and do any filling you like

    Chicken Salad Filling: stir fry chicken cubes in 2 tbsp butter add little vinegar, salt, black pepper, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste

    Let it cool dwn

    In a big bowl add all veggies, make sure there’s no water

  • 09

    Add chicken and all condiments, add mayonaise little by little till nicely blended add cheese

  • 10

    Fill in the toasted bread cones n serve
