Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups poori - whole wheat


  • 1/2 cups water (more or less to make a medium dough)


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups oilfir deep frying


  • 2 cups shrikhand - hung curd


  • 3-4 tbsp jaggery powder


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2-3 tsp pistachio chopped


  • 4-5 nos potato masala


  • 2 nos onions chopped


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2-1 tsp salt (as per your taste)


  • 2 nos green chillies chopped


  • 1/2 sprig curry leaves


  • 1-2 nos dry red chillies


  • 1 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1/2- 3/4 cups water (as per your requirement)


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Mix whole wheat, salt and water to make a dough. Roll out into small circle and deep fry.
  • Shrikhand
  • Whisk 2 cup hung curd, 3-4 tbsp jaggery till it is dissolved. Add cardamom powder and garnish with pistachio
