First roast Makhana in desi ghee and grind it for a fine powder.
Heat a pan add water and sugar. Make one string consistency sugar syrup.
Now add Mawa and mix well.
Mix Makhana powder and Stir.
Mix cashew nut powder too.
Add elaichi powder and after mixing well switch off the flame.
On a greased plate flatten the mixture.
Garnish with silver vark.
Cut pieces and serve.
