Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour 2) Salt 3 cups

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Milk Powder 4 tbsp

  • Garlic (pounded) 1 tbsp

  • Parsely (chopped) 5-6 nos

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Oil 8 tbsp

  • Spread: Butter 2 tbsp

  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp

    mix well

    bind dough using 1st eight ingredients using warm water to soft dough, mek sure dough is kneaded well... let it rise

    make balls of dough n fold in any shape u want meking sure u spread butter garlic paste

    in middle

    for example roll de ball into oblong puri, spread butter paste den fold it to cover de spread inside.

    lay on greased tray, glaze wid beaten egg n sprinkle either sesame, chia seeds o glax seeds..

    let it fully rise den bake on 200°C til nicely browned up.

    after remuving from oven can spread butter pasteon top too
