Directions

  • This is typical Maharashtrian Poha Chiwda , fondly called * Kachha Pohya cha chiwada , loved by all Maharashtrians . These days it's getting popular in other states n community too , because of it's unique khatta meetha and teekha taste ( tangy sweet n spicy) ... which is cooked in very less oil as it's not deep fried but just sauteed in oil and a perfect tadka of number of ingredients and spices . My mom prepares world's best poha chiwda .. i always fillow her Recipes..but i don't get her taste in this chiwda. This chiwda stays well for a month and if accompanying with finely chopped onion, green chillies and fresh coriander ...it tastes just heavenly. Do try my Recipe for this amazing chiwda .
