Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Beef Fillet (slices), marinate it wid salt garlic paste, salt, lemon, garam masala, tenderiser n black pepper crushed 1/2 kgs

  • Caramalised Onions 4 nos

  • Cheddar Cheese (slices o grated) 1/2 cups

  • loaf Sandwich Bread 1 nos

  • Aioli 2 tsp

Directions

    Fry fillet slices in lil oil o butter til top browned up on high heat... i med it done (dey used rare).

    Sprinkle some pepper

    Cut steak in strips

  • 04

    Kip 2 slices on one anoder as in u sandwich, put it dis way in de toaster (meaning u wil get 1 side toasted de oder soft)

    Wen ol slices done.

    Use hlf of de slices.

    kip toasted side lying dwn on wrking table, lay cheese on dem.... (de oder hlf kip for sandwiching)

    Kip dem on baking tray n bake on 180°C to melt de cheese say 5-10mins... remuv ol slices out

    Fill in steak strips sprinkle caramalised onion n a dollop of aioli on it, cover wid de oder slice toasted facing up.

    Cut in hlf n serve.
