Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups vermicelli roasted


  • 2 nos onion chopped


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 cups peas


  • 1 nos potato cut into small pieces


  • 1/2 cups french beans chopped finely


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 inch ginger chopped


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1/4 cups namkeen


  • 1 nos oil


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tbsp green coriander leaves

Directions

  • First heat a kadai add oil.
  • Crack the cumin seeds.
  • Saute ginger and chilli.
  • Add onion and fry well
  • When onion become pink add cut potato.
  • Now add peas and french beans.
  • When all vegetables become tender add red chilli powder.
  • Add water and mix salt.
  • Let cover the kadai with lid and cook for 3 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes open it add Garam Masala and green coriander leaves.
  • Drizzle some Namkeen over it and serve.
