Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Rava 1 cups

  • Boiled Vegetables (pea, carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum etc) 1 cups

  • Peanuts (roasted) 1 tsp

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Coriander 1 tsp

  • Green chilly 1 nos

  • Big mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1 pinch

  • Carry leaf 4-5 nos

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan on medium heat

    Add big mustard seeds and carry leaf , wait for 1 minute

    Add hing and stir

  • 04

    Add onion,green chilly and stir

  • 05

    Add boiled vegetables, let sauté it 2 minutes

    Add some salt and stir

  • 07

    Boil 2 cup of water in another pan

  • 08

    Add 1/2 teaspoon oil and rava, keep medium heat, stir

  • 09

    Wait for 2 minutes

  • 10

    Add sauté vegetables and peanuts

  • 11

    Stir with soft hand , let water dry

    Off flame

    Pour coriander, Serve hot

  • 14

    I serve with Green tea
