Chicken Sandwich


This yummy recipe of a chicken sandwich is  loaded with boneless chicken, served between slices of bread /on a bun or in a roll. Chicken and veggies loaded sandwich is served as an eving or breakfast snack.

Serves : 3
  • 50 gms chicken

  • 2 nos eggs

  • 6 nos bread slices

  • 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1 nos cucumber

  • 2 nos tomatoes diced

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste


  • Take chicken in a pan add ginger garlic paste, diced tomato,salt and red chill powder and some water allow to cook when it's done. Set aside
  • Beat the eggs well add bit milk salt and pepper. Make small omelets and set aside.
  • Toast the slices lightly. Spread mayonnaise on them. Then take one slice spread chicken then cucumber slices.
  • Cover it with other slice. Now on other slice add egg cucumber and cheese.
  • Now grill them or toast them on slow heat.until cheese is melted fully. Serve hot with coleslaw and ketchup.
