  • besan flour 1 cups

  • sugar 2 cups

  • (1 and half cup ghee and 1 and half cup oil) 3 cups

  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • water 1/2 cups

    Take 2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a vessel and stir continuously until sugar dissolve to make sugar syrup

    Then check the sugar is melted or no take small bowl with water add syrup then it will not spread in water then its ready if it spreads in water then continue the process

    On another side melt the 3cup ( 1 and half cup oil and 1 and half cup ghee) to become very hot

    When syrup is ready add 1 cup of besan flour slowly and continously stir the mixture untill no lumps then on other side ghee and oil mixture is hot add little bit and mixing it

    Then at last when ghee comes out from the mixture and color change then its ready

    then add the mixture to the tray or plate then after few seconds cut your choice shapes and add above cardamom powder
