Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 1/2 inch cottage cheese


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 2 tbsp garlic paste


  • 5-6 nos garlic chopped


  • 5-6 nos cloves


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 2 tbsp barbecue masala


  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp carom seeds


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take 1/2 inch cubes of cheese and make a slit on these cubes carefully. Mix one tablespoon of the garlic paste and tandoori masala in a small bowl.
  • Stuff the mixture into the slits of the cottage cheese cubes with your fingers. Set aside.
  • Mix together the curd, garlic paste, chopped garlic, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, chaat masala, vinegar and oil in a bowl.
  • Coat the stuffed cottage cheese in this marinade and let it sit for around two hours in a refrigerator. Preheat oven at 400°F.
  • Thread the cottage cheese cubes one inch apart onto the skewers. Cook them in the preheated oven for around 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with salad and green chutney.
