  • Besan or chana dal flour 4 cups

  • Oil 1/2 litre

  • Ajwain 2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Cloves powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1-2 tsp

    Home made Tempting 😍 tasty Namkeen Sev 😋👌 goes well with tea or coffee ...apt for festival snacking In a mixing bowl take besan , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, cloves powder, and Ajwain Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well everything Gradually by adding some water and prepare a semi soft dough keep it covered aside for some time by the time heat sufficient oil for deep fryingnow take Sev maker , grease it with some oil from inside fill it with sufficient ready dough close the lid and prepare Sev directly in to hot oil

    Deep fry bhujiyas in hot oil until golden in colour

    Remove from heat and let them cool completely

    Once cold ..break them and Store in air tight container
