milk 2 cups
chia seeds 5-6 tbsp
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
coffee powder 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
powdered sugar or to taste 1-2 tbsp
raisins 1-2 tbsp
cashews. almonds & pinch of saffron to garnish. 2 tbsp
Directions
Whisk together milk, coffee powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and sugar. Add the chia seeds and raisins. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with the almonds, cashews, saffron and a sprinkle of some coffee powder. Enjoy....
