Ingredients

Serves 4

  • milk 2 cups

  • chia seeds 5-6 tbsp

  • cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

  • coffee powder 1/2 tsp

  • vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • powdered sugar or to taste 1-2 tbsp

  • raisins 1-2 tbsp

  • cashews. almonds & pinch of saffron to garnish. 2 tbsp

Directions

    Whisk together milk, coffee powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and sugar. Add the chia seeds and raisins. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

    Garnish with the almonds, cashews, saffron and a sprinkle of some coffee powder. Enjoy....
