yeast 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
all purpose flour 1 cups
warm milk 2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
strawberry syrup 2 tsp
water to knead the dough 1/2 cups
decorative Vermicilli 2 tsp
finely chopped mixed fruits 2 cups
mixed dry fruits 2 tbsp
hersheys caramelized syrup 2 tbsp
Firstly..mix yeast,sugar,warm milk in a glass ..cover and keep aside for ten min
After 10 min... you will notice bubbly froth in the glass..
Take a bowl..add all purpose flour,salt,hersheys strawberry syrup,frothy yeast mixture,butter and mix well.
Add water and form a soft dough.
Keep it covered for 90 min..
You will notice that dough has doubled its size...
Now smash the dough for ten min..
Make equal balls..of the dough
Make chapati of it.
Cut 1/2 inch broad long strips.
Roll the strips slowly around the kulfi tin mould.
Repeat the same process for the rest of the dough and make spiral cones
Bake the cone for 20 min in preheated oven at 180 degrees..
Let the spiral cones cool..
Take a pan...add caramelized Hershey's syrup,fruits,dry fruits and saute for few min...
Let it cool.
Stuff it in the cone..
Dip the upper tip of cone in melted chocolate ya hersheys choco syrup..
Garnish with colourful vermicillis and serve for any parties...
