  • 1 tsp desi ghee

  • 4 nos onoin (copped)

  • 3 nos tomatoes

  • 10 nos garlic


  • Grind Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Hari Mirch Heat The Oil In Medium Flame Add Onions, Stir Till Brown
  • Add Grind Tomatoes Mixture Add Some Water Keep Low Flame Stir Add Haldi, Pisa Dhaniya,Garam Masala, Degi Mirch Srit Well Wait Till Oil Release
  • Remove Water From Boiled Channa Add Channe In Tadka Stil Well Wait For 5 Minutes
  • Stir Between Add Palak (Don't Add Water) Stir,
  • Keep Flame Slow Wait For 15-20 Minutes Stir Between Off Flame Pour 1 Big Spoon Desi Ghee For Enhance The Taste (Option) I Serve With Chapati Or Naan
