  • White Channa (boiled) 200 gms

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • Desi ghee 1 tsp

  • Onoin (copped) 4 nos

  • tomatoes 3 nos

  • garlic 10 nos

Directions

    Grind Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Hari Mirch Heat The Oil In Medium Flame Add Onions, Stir Till Brown

    Add Grind Tomatoes Mixture Add Some Water Keep Low Flame Stir Add Haldi, Pisa Dhaniya,Garam Masala, Degi Mirch Srit Well Wait Till Oil Release

    Remove Water From Boiled Channa Add Channe In Tadka Stil Well Wait For 5 Minutes

    Stir Between Add Palak (Don't Add Water) Stir,

    Keep Flame Slow Wait For 15-20 Minutes Stir Between Off Flame Pour 1 Big Spoon Desi Ghee For Enhance The Taste (Option) I Serve With Chapati Or Naan
