  • 2 piece muli (radish)hara dhaniya (appox 500g)

  • 1/2 cups hara dhaniya

  • 3 piece hari mirch (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 piece ginger (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 tsp pisa dhaniya

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 pinch salt double to taste


  • Peel The Muli ( Redish ) And Wash It Grate From The Bigger Side Of Hand Grater Add Full Salt And Mix Well Leave For 2 Minutes
  • Release All Water From Muli ( Radish) Put Into A Bowl Add Hara Dhaniya, Hari Mirch, Ginger And Masale (Do’t Add Salt Again) Mix Well
  • Take A Boll Of Dough Roll A Small Chapati Add Radish Mixture (Around 1 Spoon Medium) Shape It Like A Boll Coat
  • In Dry Flour Roll A Round Chapati Heat Tawa On High Flame Put Stuff Parantha On It Wait For 1 Minute Shake Wait For 3-4 Minutes
  • Shake Again Apply Oil Wait For 2 Minutes Shake Again Well Muli (Radish)
  • Parantha Ready Serve Hot I Serve With Butter And Curd Or LASSI
