Ingredients

  • 2 cups for daugh:maida


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 cups ingredients:for stuffing:moong dal boiled


  • 2 cups peas boiled and mashed


  • 1/2 cups onion chopped


  • 2 tbsp ginger chilli paste


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 cups grated coconut


  • 1 nos lime juice


  • 1 tsp suger


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • MAKE TIGHT DAUGH BY USING WATER
  • HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD CHOPPED ONION ,SAUTE FOR 1 MIN.
  • ADD GINGER CHILLI PASTE ,MOONG DAL ,GREEN PEAS COOKED FOR A MIN .CLOSE THE GAS
  • NOW ADD COCONUT, CORIANDER LEAVES,SALT, GARAM MASALA LIME JUICEAND SUGER MIX WELL IT.
  • ROLL A SMALL ROTI TO MAKE A KACHORI, PUT SOME STUFFING IN THE CENTER ,SHAPE IT LIKE A POTLI AND DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN 2. SERVE WITH IMLI CHATNEY.
