    MAKE TIGHT DAUGH BY USING WATER

    HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD CHOPPED ONION ,SAUTE FOR 1 MIN.

    ROLL A SMALL ROTI TO MAKE A KACHORI, PUT SOME STUFFING IN THE CENTER ,SHAPE IT LIKE A POTLI AND DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN 2. SERVE WITH IMLI CHATNEY.
