Heat ghee in a pan and add chana dal flour
Saute' chana dal flour or besan on very low heat
Untill it changes colour and become golden brown and very light in texture
It will start forming bubbles
Now switch off heat and add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits
Mix well and let it cool for sometime
Now add bura sugar ,mix well with hand by kneading
Prepare balls or laddus of your desired size
Lightly coat in some sugar and keep aside to cool completely
Later store in air tight container enjoy festivities endlessly with family and friends
