Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups ingredients of nest : vermicelli (bambino) roasted seviyan


  • 2 tbsp milkmaid


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cups ingredients for amrakhand :litchi pulp


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 2 tbsp milkmaid ( according to the sweetness u want)


  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1 tbsp dry fruits chopped

Directions

  • To make nest first heat ghee in a pan and roast vermicelli until golden brown (even if it is roasted again roast it to give the freshness)
  • Once roasted, let it cool down completely..Mix the milkmaid in Vermicelli, it will be sticky. Now take a small bowl and spread this mixture giving it a nest look. Or u can use silicon moulds instead to give shape.
  • Keep this in freezer for an hour n let it set nicely.
  • To make litchi amrakhand , In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except dry fruits.mix it nicely. Add some dry fruits and leave some for garnishing.
  • Keep this in fridge to chill nicely.
  • Now take out the Vermicelli nest from freezer, carefully demould it.
  • Now take out the Vermicelli nest from freezer, carefully demould it.
  • Put the amrakhand inside the nest and garnish with dry fruits.
  • Again keep this in freezer for little while and Serve chilled.
