Ingredients

Serves 4

  • boneless chicken cubes/2 chicken cut in pcs 1 kgs

  • salt 1 pinch

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • kesar/orange color 1 pinch

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • Gravy:onion (chopped finely) 1 nos

  • tomato puree 4 tbsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • kesar/orange color 1 pinch

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • cashewnuts n almonds 1/2 cups

  • dahi 1 cups

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • kasoori methi (dried methi) 1 tsp

  • nestle cream 2 tbsp

  • fresh cream (for garnish) 1 tbsp

  • corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • green chillies (chopped) 2 nos

Directions

  • 01

    marinate chicken cubes o pcs in above for 3-4 hrs den barbeque it o grill it.

    blend ol ingredients from 2 til 10 into a smooth paste.

    braise onion in 2-3 tbsps butter or ghee til golden brown add de blended paste cook on low flame til nice aroma arises if it dries add lil water.

    add chicken cubes n cook mo for 15mins.

  • 05

    remuv from flame n garnish wid corriander leaves, green chillies n fresh cream.

    serve wid naans o parathhas

    NB: today i smoked chicken makhanwala for authentic taste n aroma.
