Ingredients

1 kgs boneless chicken cubes/2 chicken cut in pcs
1 pinch salt
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch kesar/orange color
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 nos gravy:onion (chopped finely)
4 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 pinch kesar/orange color
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cups cashewnuts n almonds
1 cups dahi
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasoori methi (dried methi)
2 tbsp nestle cream
1 tbsp fresh cream (for garnish)
8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)
2 nos green chillies (chopped)
Directions
marinate chicken cubes o pcs in above for 3-4 hrs den barbeque it o grill it.
blend ol ingredients from 2 til 10 into a smooth paste.
braise onion in 2-3 tbsps butter or ghee til golden brown add de blended paste cook on low flame til nice aroma arises if it dries add lil water.
add chicken cubes n cook mo for 15mins.
remuv from flame n garnish wid corriander leaves, green chillies n fresh cream.
serve wid naans o parathhas
NB: today i smoked chicken makhanwala for authentic taste n aroma.
