Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs boneless chicken cubes/2 chicken cut in pcs


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 pinch kesar/orange color


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos gravy:onion (chopped finely)


  • 4 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch kesar/orange color


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 cups cashewnuts n almonds


  • 1 cups dahi


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi (dried methi)


  • 2 tbsp nestle cream


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream (for garnish)


  • 8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 2 nos green chillies (chopped)

Directions

  • marinate chicken cubes o pcs in above for 3-4 hrs den barbeque it o grill it.
  • blend ol ingredients from 2 til 10 into a smooth paste.
  • braise onion in 2-3 tbsps butter or ghee til golden brown add de blended paste cook on low flame til nice aroma arises if it dries add lil water.
  • add chicken cubes n cook mo for 15mins.
  • remuv from flame n garnish wid corriander leaves, green chillies n fresh cream.
  • serve wid naans o parathhas
  • NB: today i smoked chicken makhanwala for authentic taste n aroma.
