Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms bhavnagari mirch


  • 1 cups desi ghee


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups milk powder


  • 1 tbsp peppermint powder or peppermint essence


  • 4 tsp dry fruits as you like

Directions

  • First Grate all the deseeded Bhavnagri mirch.
  • Take a kadai heat desi ghee.
  • Now add grated mirch.
  • Roast it well.
  • After 5 minutes add milk powder.
  • Mix sugar and roast.
  • In the last add peppermint powder or peppermint essence.
  • Mix dry fruits and serve.
  • Peppermint powder makes it's tastes and flavour much batter.
