Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Bhavnagari mirch 500 gms

  • Desi Ghee 1 cups

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Milk powder 1/2 cups

  • Peppermint powder or peppermint essence 1 tbsp

  • Dry fruits as you like 4 tsp

Directions

    First Grate all the deseeded Bhavnagri mirch.

    Take a kadai heat desi ghee.

  • 03

    Now add grated mirch.

  • 04

    Roast it well.

  • 05

    After 5 minutes add milk powder.

  • 06

    Mix sugar and roast.

  • 07

    In the last add peppermint powder or peppermint essence.

    Mix dry fruits and serve.

  • 09

    Peppermint powder makes it's tastes and flavour much batter.
