Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups mawa


  • 2 tbsp refined flour


  • 1 1/2 cups for 2 cup sugar syrup-sugar


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tbsp elaichi powder


  • 4 tbsp for 4tsp stuffing : mawa


  • 2 tbsp sugar powder


  • 3-4 drop green colour


  • 2 tsp dry fruits for garnish

Directions

  • First add Mawa and refined flour.
  • Mash it with using your palm.
  • When it become soft and smooth make oval shaped gulab jamun.
  • Now we make sugar syrup.
  • Add sugar and water and bring to boil.
  • When it become one string consistency add elaichi powder.
  • For making stuffing take a pan roast Mawa.
  • Add sugar powder, few drops of green colour and elaichi powder.
  • Now fry gulab jamun in medium hot oil.
  • When it become golden brown take it out and immediately soak in warm sugar syrup.
  • After 10 minutes take gulab jamun out.
  • Cut gulab jamun in middle but it should be join from end.
  • Fill stuffing in gulab jamun.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
