First add Mawa and refined flour.
Mash it with using your palm.
When it become soft and smooth make oval shaped gulab jamun.
Now we make sugar syrup.
Add sugar and water and bring to boil.
When it become one string consistency add elaichi powder.
For making stuffing take a pan roast Mawa.
Add sugar powder, few drops of green colour and elaichi powder.
Now fry gulab jamun in medium hot oil.
When it become golden brown take it out and immediately soak in warm sugar syrup.
After 10 minutes take gulab jamun out.
Cut gulab jamun in middle but it should be join from end.
Fill stuffing in gulab jamun.
Garnish with dry fruits.
