  • BOILED MACRONI 1/2 cups

  • GREEN ONION LEAVES 2 tbsp

  • SALT AND PEPPER 1 tsp

  • PANEER MASALA 1 tsp

  • OREGANO AND CHILLI FLAKES 1/2 tsp

  • GREATED CHEESE 4 tbsp

  • FOR COVRING:BREAD CRUMBS DRY 1 cups

  • MAIDA 2 tbsp

  • WATER 1/4 cups

  • OIL FOR DEEP FRYING 2 cups

    WHITE SAUCE:ADD BUTTER AND MAIDS.HEAT IT AND ADD MILK.STIR WELL TO FORM A THICK BUTTER.LET IT COOL.

    TAKE A BOWL ADD WHITE SAUCE ,BOILED MACRONI,AND OTHER INGREDIENTS,ADD BREAD CRUMBS,MIX WELL TO FROM THICK DOUGH

    MAKE 15 BALLS DIP IN MAIDA PASTE .ROLLIT IN BREAD CRUMBS

    REPEAT THE PROCESS AND KEEP THE BALL IN FREEZE FOUR HALF HOUR

    DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN .SERVE WITH TOMETO SAUCE.
