Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp for white sauce: butter


  • 2 1/2 cups maida


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups boiled macroni


  • 2 tbsp chopped capcicum


  • 2 tbsp chopped green chillies


  • 2 tbsp green onion leaves


  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1/2 tsp oregano and chilli flakes


  • 4 tbsp greated cheese


  • 1 cups for covring:bread crumbs dry


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

  • WHITE SAUCE:ADD BUTTER AND MAIDS.HEAT IT AND ADD MILK.STIR WELL TO FORM A THICK BUTTER.LET IT COOL.
  • TAKE A BOWL ADD WHITE SAUCE ,BOILED MACRONI,AND OTHER INGREDIENTS,ADD BREAD CRUMBS,MIX WELL TO FROM THICK DOUGH
  • MAKE 15 BALLS DIP IN MAIDA PASTE .ROLLIT IN BREAD CRUMBS
  • REPEAT THE PROCESS AND KEEP THE BALL IN FREEZE FOUR HALF HOUR
  • DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN .SERVE WITH TOMETO SAUCE.
