  • 1 cups urad dal powder

  • 2 nos cornflour

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1 cups warm milk or as required

  • 1 1/2 cups for 2 cup sugar syrup-sugar

  • 1 cups water

  • 1 tbsp elaichi powder

  • 400 gms oil for frying 3-4 silver vark for garnish


  • First take a Big Bowl add urad dal powder and corn flour.
  • Now make a batter using milk.On the other hand in a pan add sugar and water.
  • Make one string sugar syrup and in the last ad elaichi powder.When batter become lumps free add baking soda
  • Immediately pour this material in a milk pouch.
  • Make imarti shape by using this pouch in Medium heat oil.
  • Take out when golden brown.
  • Now soak this imarti immediately in warm sugar syrup.
  • After 5 minutes take it out and garnish with silver vark.
