Urad dal powder 1 cups
cornflour 2 nos
baking Soda 1 pinch
Warm milk or as required 1 cups
For 2 cup sugar syrup-sugar 1 1/2 cups
Water 1 cups
Elaichi powder 1 tbsp
oil for frying 3-4 silver vark for Garnish 400 gms
First take a Big Bowl add urad dal powder and corn flour.
Now make a batter using milk.On the other hand in a pan add sugar and water.
Make one string sugar syrup and in the last ad elaichi powder.When batter become lumps free add baking soda
Immediately pour this material in a milk pouch.
Make imarti shape by using this pouch in Medium heat oil.
Take out when golden brown.
Now soak this imarti immediately in warm sugar syrup.
After 5 minutes take it out and garnish with silver vark.
