Mix flour and sugar well in a bowl
Add cold ghee and mix well
Add cold water 1 teaspoon at a time. Do not add all at once. Add as required. Mix until dough comes together
Cover dough with cling wrap
Pat dough and refrigerate for 1 hour
Grease tartlets moulds with ghee and flour
Roll the dough. Since this gluten free, it will break. Roll into circles bigger than molds
Press into molds and trim excess. freeze for 30 minutes
Prick with fork all over and place on baking tray
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown in preheated oven at 180
Cool the crust
In a pan, roast cashews in 1 teaspoon ghee until golden brown. Take out and keep it aside
In same pan, add Ash Gourd and saute for 2-3 minutes
Add water and mix well
Cover and cook stirring occasionally until raw taste disappears
Add sugar and mix well
Add saffron and mix well
Cook until mixture leaves sides of the pan
Add 2 tbsp ghee and mix well
Add cardamom powder and roasted cashews. Mix well
Add halwa to bake tartlets
Serve delicious tartlets
