  • 1 cups sattu flour

  • 1/4 cups ghee

  • 1/4 cups chopped nuts

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar adjust


  • heat ghee in a pan and nuts of your choice and roast until golden brown take it out and keep it aside
  • add flour to the same pan roast until aromatic
  • add powdered sugar and stir well switch off
  • add cardamom and nuts mix well cool to room temperature
  • generously grease palms and take small amount of the mixture and shape into laddoos in case you are unable to shape add little more melted ghee to the mixture and stir well and then shape
  • store in airtight container upto 2 to 3 days
