1.firstly peel the bottle gourd and grate them fine.
2.Now heat clarified butter (ghee) in a heavy bottom pan.
3.Now add grated bottle gourd and saute them till the moisture dries.
4.Now add milk,Sugar,Cardamom powder and cook them on medium heat till the milk has reduced and obsorbed.
5.Now add mawa and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or till you have a halwa consistency.
6.Now add chopped nuts.
7.Switch off the flame and serve hot garnish with chopped nuts.
