Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 150 gms paneer ,cut into squares


  • 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped


  • 12 piece capsicum ,cut into cubes


  • 12 piece tomato ,cut into cubes


  • 12 piece onion,cut into cubes


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp ginger,grated


  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp lime juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 6 piece skewers stick , dipped into water for an hour


  • 4-5 tbsp for marination: hung curd


  • 1 tsp lime juice


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp ginger,grated


  • 1 tsp besan, slightly fried in mustard oil


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp mango pickle


  • 1/4 tsp dried fenugreek leaves

Directions

  • Heat butter on a pan in low flame,add ginger, saute it for couple of minutes.
  • Then add chopped pineapple, chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt.
  • Cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes or until it become dry.
  • Move it out from the heat,mix lemon juice,and now pineapple stuffing is ready.
  • Now take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of marination, combine it well.
  • Marinate paneer with salt and turmeric ,put stuffing between two paneer pieces like sandwich.
  • Now prepare skewers with stuffed paneer and vegetables one by one.
  • Marinate all the prepared skewer sticks properly.
  • Now brush the grill pan with butter and grill all sides properly.
  • Serve it hot , enjoy.
