grind pineapple chunks into a paste
heat ghee in a non stick pan on a low flame and add pineapple puree and cook for 1 minute
while cooking do not burn the puree
now add desiccated coconut and sugar and cook in a low flame
when the mixture starts getting thick transfer into another bowl and let it cool
now grease your hands and make the small balls of mixture
fill nuts in the middle of the laddoos
now wrap these laddoos with melon seeds and decorate it with spun sugar and pistachios
