Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Prawns (de shelled with tails) 1 kgs

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Green Chillies (cut in lenght) 3 nos

  • Capsicum (jullienes) 1 nos

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • fish masala 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos

  • Curry leaves 8-10 nos

Directions

    in a bowl put prawns add salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, chilli powder, corriander powder n turmeric powder n marinate for hlf n hr.

  • 02

    tek a pan n braise capsicum n green chillies in a tbsp of oil.

  • 03

    in a wok braise onions till golden brown color add curry leaves n garlic den add marinated prawns n fry till done, remuv from flame add fried capsicum n chillies.

    garnish wid chopped corriander leaves
