Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3 cups base dough: maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast


  • 4 tbsp olive oil


  • 3 tbsp milk powder


  • 1 tsp salt (as required)


  • 1 tsp dried oregano


  • 7-8 nos oregano sauce: tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1 pinch salt (as required)


  • 1-2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1-2 tsp red chilli/harbanero chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 4 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 tsp oregano n little thyme or basil


  • 1 nos carrot (chopped)


  • 1/2 kgs toppings:chicken boneless cubes and 1/4 kg beef fillet cubes (pan fried in little butter add garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder)


  • 1/2 kgs veggies of yor choice, then chop them finelly (i use capsicum, french beans, sweetcorns, onions, mushrooms and olives)


  • 5-6 nos sausages (boil in water for 5-10 mins), when cooled down chop them mozarella n little cheddar cheese grated

Directions

  • Base: Bind Soft Dough Using All Ingredients With Warm Water, And Let Rise For An Hour And Half. Punch Back, Make 3-4 Balls, Roll (Into 1/2 The Size You Need For Thickness) Then Lay On Greased Trays Poke With Fork And Let Rise For Another 20mins.
  • Then Bake In Oven On 200°C To Pinkish Brown Color Remove And Let It Cool, Can Toss Upside Down If Top Is Done And Bottom Is Soft, Finish Baking All. Keep Aside
  • Sauce: Boil In 1 Cup Of Water The Following Ingredients Carrot, Tomatoes, Salt And Chillies, When Tomato Is Soft Remove From Flame N Let It Cool. Blend All Ingredients Along With Boiled Tomato Into Fine Paste.
  • Toppings: Toppings Depend On Individual But Base, Sauce And Cheese Is Must Instructions: On Each Pre Baked Base Put Enough Of Tomato Paste And Spread Evenly.
  • Sprinkle Veggies Evenly Followed By Dried Thyme Also Put Chicken, Beef Fillet And Sausage Chunks Evenly.
  • On Top Of All Sprinkle Cheese Bake On 210°C Til Cheese Melts
