250 gms dudhi
1 1/2 cups besan
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp rawa
1 cups chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp ginger garlic and green chillies paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
2 tbsp white til
1/2 tsp hing
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp mustard seeds
Directions
Grate Dudhi, Take All The Flour And Rawa . Mix All Ingredients Together. Make A Dough, Soft One,.
Now Take Small Portion And Give Shape Of Your Palm.
Grease The Plate And Steam For 15 Mins Or Till Done. When Cool, Cut Into Pieces. Now Take A Vessel, Heat Oil, Crackle Mustard Seeds And White Til Add The Seasoning On The Muthiya's.
Serve With Chutney And Tomato Ketchup And Tea. Tea Is Complimentary.
