Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups suji


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tsp rice flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • Take Suji ,Salt And One Cup Of Water In A Pan .
  • Let It Cook And Stir Continuously .
  • After 2 Min. Mixture Is Thick. . When It Left The Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilly Powder And Mix Well. .
  • Turn Off The Gas. .
  • After That Grate The Potato And Mix In The Suji Mixture
  • Add Rice Flour. . Add Chopped Coriander Leaves And Grated Carrot And Mix Well.
  • Mix Well And Make A Dough.
  • Set This Mixture In The Mold . Place In The Fridge For An Hour .
  • When It Set De Mold And Cut In The Pieces.
  • Heat The Oil In A Pan And Shallow Fry These Pieces.
