Take Suji ,Salt And One Cup Of Water In A Pan .

After 2 Min. Mixture Is Thick. . When It Left The Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilly Powder And Mix Well. .
Turn Off The Gas. .
After That Grate The Potato And Mix In The Suji Mixture
Add Rice Flour. . Add Chopped Coriander Leaves And Grated Carrot And Mix Well.
Mix Well And Make A Dough.
Set This Mixture In The Mold . Place In The Fridge For An Hour .
When It Set De Mold And Cut In The Pieces.
Heat The Oil In A Pan And Shallow Fry These Pieces.
