milk 1 litre
feniyan (thin silky seviyan) 150 gms
sugar 2 tbsp
cardamoms 3-4 nos
Mix dry fruits like almonds, pistachios, cashews, raisins etc 2 tbsp
strands kesar/saffron 10-15 nos
readymade tarts/basket (used for basket chaat) 8-10 nos
Dry roast dry fruits in a pan.
Add kesar strands in 1 tbsp milk. Mix well. Rest it for 15 minutes.
Boil milk in vessel. Add cardamom powder, kesar milk & sugar. Let it boil till it reduces to 1/2. Add chopped dry fruits. Stir all. Bring a boil. Switch off gas.
In a serving bowl add feniyan. Pour kesar milk over it. Mix well.
For serving in tarts:Take one tart. Pour 1 tbsp feniyan pudding. Garnish dry fruits. Enjoy feniyan tarts.
