Ingredients

  • 1 cups suji


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1/3 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 cups pea


  • 1 nos carrot (cut into small pieces)


  • 1 nos capsicum (cut into small pieces )


  • 1 nos onion (cut into small pieces)


  • 2 tbsp hara dhaniya (fined chopped)

Directions

  • Add Suji, Curd, Baking Powder, Oil, Salt In A Bowl Mix Well Add Vegetables Mix Well Cover And Leave For 15 Minutes
  • After 15 Minutes Add Some Water In Mixture And Stir Well Heat Appam Utensil On Medium Heat
  • Grease It Add Mixture With Spoon Cover For 5-7 Minutes On Low Medium Flame Shake Wait For 3-4 Minutes
  • Appams Are Ready To Eat Serve Hot With Chatanies I Serve With Coconut Chatani Best Option For Kids Tiffin Also
