Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 green tea bag

  • 1 glass water

  • 5 tablespoon besan

  • 2 tablespoon rice flour

  • 1 teaspoon maida

  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds / ajwain

  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera

  • 1/2 teaspoon saunf/fennel seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoon ghee

  • For garnishing 1/2 teaspoon Kalonji (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon Oil approximately for greasing

Directions

    First mix all dry ingredients well then add Except Kalonji then add ghee and make it crumble then add 3/4 glass of green tea water and make a dough.

    Now make rounds flatten it pork holes with fork so that it does not puff up then add impressions using a fork grease with oil on top then top it off with Kalonji seeds grease a baking tray add all these to a baking tray and baking at 190 degrees for 10 mins.
