Heat your pressure cooker on high and sear the meat in the 2 teaspoon of oil
Add in the tomatoes, 1 sliced medium onion, garlic, tomatoes, and spices.
Pressure cook on high for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is tender
Heat up the 2 cups of oil for frying and fry the okra for 8-10 minutes
Drain on a paper towel lined plate when done
Remove oil from the pan where you fried the okra
Add in the pressure cooked meat and liquid and reduce for another 8-10 minutes
Add in the 1/2 sliced onion, fried okra, cilantro, and chili
Heat on low heat covered for a few minutes
Top with a squeeze of lemon juice & serve with Naan , roti.
