Papad Bowl Bhel
Bhel Served in Bowls of Lijjat Papd. My all time favourite Evening Snack. Jhatpat and spicy .

Ingredients
Serves :

1 cups puffed rice
1/4 cups finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cups finely chopped onions
1 tsp grated ginger
1 1/2 tsp sev
3-4 tbsp green chutney
2-3 tbsp red chutney/sweet chutney
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 cups chopped coriander leaves
1 nos juice of lemon
1 cups for green chutney: coriander leaves (cilantro)
1/2 cups mint leaves
2-3 nos green chillies
1 nos chopped onion
2 nos cloves of garlic
1 tsp chaat masala as per choice
1 tsp sugar just to taste
1/2 nos juice lime
2 tbsp for the sweet chutney: tamarind
5 nos more dates pitted and roughly chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder (saunth)
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 pinch garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cups water as per desired consistency
Directions
Take 1/2 cup water in a plate.
Dip in the lijjat papads in it and immediately transfer into a bowl.
by giving a shape of bowl shape it and microwave it for 45 sec to 1 minute.
gently take it out and set aside.
Prepare Bhel:
Add all other ingredients in a wide bowl.
Whisk a little by a spoon or a spatula. Taste, adjust the taste and whisk again.
Garnish with sev and fresh coriander.
Transfer this bhel to papad and Serve immediately as it might become soggy.
