puffed Rice 1 cups
finely chopped Tomatoes 1/4 cups

For Green chutney: Coriander leaves (cilantro) 1 cups
Mint leaves 1/2 cups
green chillies 2-3 nos
chopped onion 1 nos
Cloves of garlic 2 nos
chaat Masala as per choice 1 tsp
Sugar just to taste 1 tsp
juice Lime 1/2 nos
For the sweet chutney: tamarind 2 tbsp
more Dates pitted and roughly chopped 5 nos
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
dry Ginger powder (Saunth) 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
garam Masala 1 pinch
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as per desired consistency 1/2 cups
Take 1/2 cup water in a plate.
Dip in the lijjat papads in it and immediately transfer into a bowl.
by giving a shape of bowl shape it and microwave it for 45 sec to 1 minute.
gently take it out and set aside.
Add all other ingredients in a wide bowl.
Whisk a little by a spoon or a spatula. Taste, adjust the taste and whisk again.
Garnish with sev and fresh coriander.
Transfer this bhel to papad and Serve immediately as it might become soggy.
