When candies are in bulk and expiry date is near. No other choice comes to my mind. Yes to make cookies  and Use either M and M candy or Skittles in candies. Here i have M and M  in bulk so made yummy yummy cookies for kids,..

Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 1 cups m&m’s (mini or regular) candy
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 cups butter softened
  • 1 nos egg or 1 banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix flour, salt and baking soda and set aside. Cream butter with both sugars in a large bowl until mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in candy.
  • Using a teaspoon and drop a heaping spoon of dough two inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 13 minutes or, until edges are just starting to burn. Don’t over bake – you want them to remain soft in the middle.
  • Cool for a few minutes on a wire rack and enjoy!
