Time 1 hr + 20 mnts
Remove skin of Karela n cut lengthwise in to small strips remove seeds
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt mix n leave it for 1 hr
Then squeeze extra water from karela n deep fry till light brown
Fry cashewnuts till colour changes to golden
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan
Add hing stir n add 1 tablespoon corriander kishmish stir for 1 minute
Add karela cashew 1/4 cup water n stir cook for
1 minute
Add corriader cumin pwd red chilli pwd turmeric pwd garam masala pwd 1 teaspoon sugar jaggery salt mix n add remaining water n cook for 2 mnts
Then add 2 teaspoon powdered sugar n mix
Garnish with remaining corriander leaves n serve
